Return Process

Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and within the 14-day return window for non-perishable goods.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our team with your order number and photos of the product if you received damaged or incorrect food items.
- 3.Prepare Shipment
Once your request is authorized, securely pack the items and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team.
- 4.Receive Refund
After we inspect the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
